  • I originally booked two nights, but because of some changes, I had to cancel first night and stayed for only one night afterwards. The staff were very nice when I called to cancel. Upon my arrival, I got one free map and one coupon for free welcome drink which I didn't have opportunity to use, too bad :( But staff there were very nice and I also saw some bicycles for renting. Many young people stay there. The facilities may not be so new but comfortable enough. The location is very good,

  • Great hostel! Super friendly staff with great senses of humor. They were always ready to help and provided excellent suggestions. Awesome common room. There was always something to do without it getting out of hand. Nice courtyard and pool table. comfortable beds. Good internet in the common room . Great mixture of clientele; there was always someone interesting to talk & hang out with. Located ~100m down a quiet side street from the Metro. Only negative is subway construction down the street.

  • I booked 2 nights & ended up staying 7 nights. Good security, & they have a night watchman. Location is excellent, near subway stn. They have own restaurant from 6am-10pm with reasonable prices. Staff are excellent, esp Victoria, Jane, and many others. Free Wifi in the common room/restaurant only though, I wish they'd extend the coverage to the rooms, a rather simple procedure with little setup costs. Overall a rather good hostel. -Matt Othman- Manager, Hostel Cosmopolitan, Kuala Lumpur

  • Lazy Bones is the best hostel that I have stayed in China. The staff are very helpful, the rooms are tops. I liked the way that Lazy Bones works in with other hostels to arrange local tours around Chengdu. Computers in China are the problem like this one that changes half way through text.

  • The location is great, right next to metro station. The dorms here have aircon, privacy curtains, bed lights and personal power points. The staff is very helpful, answering all questions. I took their cooking class and they had someone translate for me even though I was the only English speaker in the class. I highly recommend!

  • The Chengdu Lazybones Backpacker Boutique Hostel is by far one of the best hostels in Chengdu. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is very fun. The hostel host numerous evening events where foreigners can easily meet new friends. The hostel has wifi, free welcoming drink, and a large backyard. The only downside is that they do not provide bath towels. You will need to bring your own, or buy one across the street. Overall, very good hostel. Would recommend to anyone visiting Ch
