Staff is friendly and helpful, and their English is pretty good.Fresh sheets and towels every day.Everyone gets their own locker, and the rooms have a magnetic lock.Western and Chinese bathrooms, well stocked with toilet paper!Free wifi came in handy, but if you don't have a wifi device, you can pay a minimal fee to use the computers provided.There is a shuttle service to and from the airport, but it's a little expensive - probably cheaper to take a cab. This is my favorite little spot in Chengdu.Wonderful staff - Ricky is exceptionally friendly and helpful.The location couldn't be better with the bus station almost connected - Thai food, Sichuan food all around, a little grocery for basics.I walk everywhere to really see the city.There is a/c, hot water always, the beds are clean and comfy.I always stay here when I am in town!And they have a bunny there that is so cute!! :) Christine, from USA ~ 23rd Jul 2011

Staying at the Traffic Inn was an excellent choice.It is quiet, welcoming and comfortable.The breakfast was extraordinarily good and the price was right.Actually it was large enough for two people.Two could share this meal.The setting of the dining area is aesthetically pleasing and made me feel truly relaxied in the midst of a large and busy city. good:location right next to xinnanmen bus depot, also bus 902 to panda reserve, other intra-city bus lines.small restaurants, local wet market, convenience stores nearby.restrooms are decently clean.towels and basic toiletries provided.dorm beds wide enough.dorm rooms have high ceilings and do not feel cramped.staff mostly helpful and corteous. bad:dorm rooms are in traffic hotel building, on the fifth floor.restrooms down the hall.no locking storage cabinets - but can store at hostel l
Thank you very much for your review. recently some of our rooms are renovating,so we borrowed some rooms and dorms from the hotel,their lcking storage cabinets are new,so no keys for a moment bacause they are making all the keys. we are located the mother river of Chengdu,and the government is rebuilding the river bank,so it would be noisy. after 15th Mar,we will finish the renovation,we hope to provide all our friends better facilities and service.we do hope you can come back again! Thank you again for your rating,it is really important for us to be a better hostel in Chengdu
