Chilli's Backpackers in Orlando, Australia

This Hostels pretty much ruined it for me I have stayed in some good ones but for what it cost me for the night I stayed there I wont do it again. When I did not feel safe there and tried to cancel the room for the rest of the week I was there There were extra expences. Wont do it again.

We appreciate any feedback we receive and obviously adhere to resolve these issues so that future guests do not have the same experience as you did. We have recently addressed the issue of security by installing top of the range security cameras, and we do have night managers and security staff available 24 hours a day. We sincerely hope that the rest of your travels around Australia are of a higher standard that we were able to deliver and hope that if you do return to Darwin in the future, you might give us the opportunity to change your opinion about our backpackers! toilet and shower is very, very filthy. faulty smell, hairs and weak water pressure (it might be good for the conservation though). they provide a luggage room but basically, anybody who asks for the key can get in the luggage room anytime (they don't even bother to ask to show your room key or any id). i felt the security at this place is extremely bad... yujung, from USA ~ 26th Jul 2009
