The bathrooms were always out of toilet paper and the shower was clogged up.

They made a huge deal about every single thing up to the point of being late for checkout by ten minutes. Awful unhelpful staff.

i don´t recommend this place at all if you want to sleep in the clean bed. but if you are up for the cheap price, this is the right place. however, i don´t really recommend if you want to sleep in better place..

Very big hostel with no character really. Its fine if your stuck for a place- its in a good location and clean, but not very easy to meet people

I didn't have a towel and blanket cover so I had to come down to the reception for it but I don't consider it a problem. Also the bed wasn't the best one I've ever had but Wifi is great, security lockers in rooms are good and the possibility to lend plates and pans (for free - only refundable deposit) is also terrific. Recommended
It was in a really good location and everything was really easy to get to. The dorm was fantastic and it was nice to be able to get us all together. I didn't notice any dirtiness and it was really good for getting to know other travellers like us.

good location, but messed up our room bookings so me and my friend were in different rooms...this happened to another group of other people that stayed there also. staff were clueless as to what was going on. ran out of toilet roll on our floor after half a day and this wasnt replaced. overall a total ****hole
the staff were useless and the most un-helpful staff u could possibly imagine. the bathrooms were revloting and looked like they were never cleaned.
