A pretty funky, grungy, comfortable and social hostel.Rooms vary greatly, some with springy mattresses (not in the good way) and smelly pillows (time for an upgrade), others comfortable but pretty crowded.Be aware, three bed dorms are up a ladder in the attic.Going through a bit of changeover at the moment, it will be interesting to see what happens. Outstanding hostel.Not only were the rooms clean and comfortable and the environment fun but the staff there was outstanding!I have stayed in over 15 hostels on my trips to Europe this summer and have to say that your staff made it my favorite of all.Everyone was warm, welcoming, helpful and friendly.They were always available and worked hard to help everyone meet, hang out and enjoy each others company. Good a reasonably cheap hostel with a good kitchen and lockers. The beds are very close together in the dorm and they charge money for using the internet. Also the "hostel-bar" in down in the street so some people tend to drink in the dorm instead. Soeren, from Denmark ~ 25th Jul 2011

Great location, right near all the bars and restaurants.Bad part about the location is that it is very loud outside all night, so stay here when you plan on partying, or bring sleeping pills.Very simple hostel, but you are not going to spend alot of time inside anyways.Only complaint is that there is only 4 bathrooms, so when people are showering in the morning, there is no toilet to use.Overall a great place to stay in Istanbul if you want to go out all night and sleep all day.
