Gorgeous place to stay in Mendoza with a pool, ceiling fans in rooms, large and well equipped kitchen and great common area space. Only problem is the location, pretty far out from main part of town, but very close to bus terminal. Julie and John, Australia

A very nice hostel. Very clean, quite at night, and a great backyard comman area with a pool, foosball, ana a bbq. I would recommend this to anyone. A decent walk into town, but even from far places less than a 10 peso cab ride back if your feet get tired.

Claudio the owner of the hostel is very helpful and friendly. The hostel is situated in a family house. Staying with Cladio is like staying with a friend. Their is a great ourdoor area in the home.

The website says that the hostel is just a couple blocks from the bus station. A couple blocks is very generous. I'd call it more like five. The bus station is between the hostel and downtown, so to get downtown you have to walk about 15 blocks. A good thing though is a restaurant called Don Mario with the most amazing steaks I have ever had in my life just around the corner from the hostel. The hostel doesn't provide any soap at all in the bathrooms or showers so make sure you have something with you.

Staff very friendly and treat you like family. Location a bit out of the way from Centro but close to the bus terminal which could be good for some travellers stopping over.
