Ciak Hostel in Rome, Italy

This hostel is great!! I definatelly recommend. Its just what I was looking for, CLEAN and quiet and friendly. If you want something thats close to the center and has great staff (who cook amazing free pasta on Fri and Sats) then this is definatelly for you. But not if you want to party. And perhaps not the best place to meet people because its a bit small. But after reading about bed bugs in the cheap and more "fun" hostels, I only cared about cleanliness. And Ciak is wonderful. People are not that nice or welcoming. At least there is breakfast and it is clean. The location is a bit creepy, although its close to the station and metro, what make thiks easier. Mariana, from Brazil ~ 29th Sep 2009

Right away, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The location isn't the best, but it's 20 steps from a Metro station, so that's a plus. Inexpensive, considering all the amenities that come with this hostel. I decided to extend my stay I liked it so much! Alexandra, from USA ~ 27th Aug 2009
