This was a fantastic hostel, its the smallest one I have been to so far, but the only one I would bother recommend !! The location is absolutely perfect, its close to the metro, but everything is in walking distance anyway!! and the nightlife is just around the corner! Go here if you wanna meet people and see a beautiful city first hand :) Peter

Nice place to stay. central location, within walking distance to most of Rome's attractions. Incredible staff!

This hostel was very cute and nice. The staff was friendly, however my biggest complaint is that they smoked in the main lobby which was not ventilated at all and would get into the rooms! If you are allergic or dont like smoke, this is not the place for you. Other than that it was cute and was in a decent location. Another thing to note is that they had a lockout from 11 - 3pm.

Good place to stay, the staff was very nice and helpful. The location is the best i've seen. The only reason i didn't give 100% on security is because there are no safes or lockers. Besides that the place was great. perhaps a little on the pricey side.

I have stayed in 3 other hostels in Rome and this was the best. Great location for both walking and using the Metro. If you plan on staying in the hostel during the middle of the day to escape the heat then this one isn\'t for you; there is lockout for cleaning. Showers are hot & the water pressure so-so. I was very impressed with Ciao Bella, i even stayed an extra 2 nights!

A/C, Great location, great staff, A/C, cleaned every day, A/C, cozy common area, A/C, beds to sink in after a hot humid day of sightseeing, A/C...book this hostel over ALL other non-AC alternatives!!!! It's freakin hot and unbearable - it's glorious to come back to a cool air conditioned room!

We haven\'t even béén in Ciao Bella Hostel, since the Hostel was overbooked and we were transferred to another appartment in the city. The whole situation took about 2 hours of our sparse time in Rome, which we really regret. Hope things can be organized better in the future.

Staff was great!!! Quiet time after 11, was difficult one evening when a large group of us got in at 2:45,(located in a residential building), but welcome for the most part, due to grueling days siteseeing. Very good location, close to Termini, but not too close. Can't say enough about the staff, they handled everything beautifully. Ciao
