Very nice hostel. Staff is helpful, internet access is fast and free, beds are clean and comfy. Bathrooms great, too. About the taking off of the shoes: A wise thing to do. I was worried about this when I read it here, but for all shoe-lovers: You can take your shoes in with you (just not on your feet) and safely store them in your locker. The location is very close to T-Centralen, so if you're tired from your trip - this is the hostel to go to, no long fussy seeking. Staff etc. everything perfect!

I loved City BackPackers hostel. It was situated it a great place in Stockholm, great for just walking around, close to all of the stores and transportation. Also it was in a walkable distance to all of the museums and the old city. It was a great place to meet people from all of the world, I got friends from Europe, Asia, America and Australia. Also it was very homey, had a great kitchen with free tea, coffee and pasta. Every thing was decorated so nicely. Also there was free internet and WiFi, as they offered traditional sauna trips [for a great price] and free tours of the area, also free bikes and Swedish movie watching nights. It truly exceeded my expectations, it was a lot of fun. I could almost say, that it was the best part of my trip! I recommend this hostel to everyone!

Overall nice hostel. Little bit untidy, but ok. The "free pasta" is a joke...

This hostel was one of the most fun hostels I have ever stayed in. The layout of the building, with multiple common areas, made it really easy to meet other people. It felt cozy and inviting, like a giant house! And the sauna feels AMAZING after a cold day out in the city.

Best hostel ever, quiet. I liked very much, that everyone had to take of their shoes.

The hostel is in a good location where it is easy to reach different parts of the city by foot. Nice common areas where you can hang around and the free coffee is a plus! It was irritating that you had to take your shoes off before entering the hostel.
