  • Could not sleep because of other guests. Told the receptionist, was told stay the booking or pay for 3 nights and leave. I went back to cancel but the receptionist was hiding in the office, went back later and he said he thought I had left so he had already deducted my account without checking the room. He did not listen & had me sign for the payment. Later a second receptionist did not want to listen to my complaints & got upset & rude, interupting me with an attitude like, take it or leave it

  • if you have to pay 500kroner for a single room in this hostel, then better to go to a normal hotel, adding up 100-200kr more..

  • What they call a kitchen here is a bar, no oven, no pans or pots. So you better don't expect to cook anything that you can't put in a microwave. In a town with high prices for food in general and restaurants in particular I really missed that.

  • We've stayed only one night, but we were delighted with almost everything. Very nice staff, clean rooms and bathrooms, free internet access, free coffee / tea, no noise disturbance... no flaws what so ever. 10+ :) Thanks!
