Staff that worked in the reception in the morning and in the night was different.Personel could not speak English so I had problems about communication.In our first interwiev on the internet it was told us daily cost was 60 euro but when we came to the hostel 66 euro was demanded.This was not said on the internet rewievs.There was no label or description on the door Nevsky street of the hostel.Therefore we could not find easily there.While leaving male personel behaved rudely and badly. nuriye nuray, from Turkey ~ 28th Jun 2011
