- “ Checking in the staff member charged me for the 10% already paid. Then checking out I found the front un-manned at 11am. I had to over 1/2 hr for someone to show up to give me my deposit back. Only stayed one night but my morning shower was cold on a verry chilly winter morning. NOT A COMFORTABLE THING. ”

- “ I suggest them to update the photos so people can really see how it looks like, the photos on the website are very old or they photoshopped them very well. The welcome wasn't professional, the receptionist tried to make me pay again the full amount because “the website keeps all the deposit”. The room was old & doggy, the window didn’t close, bathrooms were dirty, old, no soap & just enough toilet paper for half the customers. Nothing to do with the review and the photos they show to you. ”

- “ Hostel location was okay, but still few hundred meters to walk till the harbour. The rooms are distributed around a kitchen, was which okay, but to go to some rooms a small ladder needed to get climbed, which was really difficult with luggage (or drunk). The small room was normally for four, for two persons it was okay, but four would not really fit in. The cleaniness of the bath (to be shared between eight people) was not very good, and it was very tiny. ”

- “ I arrived late in the night to be greeted by 2 guys laughing and joking outside the hostel, I later discovered that one was the owner. This set the tone for the rest of my stay. A pleasanthappy environment where the staff try to treat you like part of the team. The rooms/showers were clean and tidy. The location was excellent, walking distance to the fan zone. Try to make it for one of their famous bb's on the balcony. ”
