The hostel was pretty, very clean, safe, and a really nice place to stay! The train was right there to take us to the city, and I would definitely go back!

We had to wait until 3p.m. to check in, however arrived early morning. Stuff was competent but not friendly from time to time. To get to the city center will take minutes 30 over the bridge by foot so you better take bike if you can. What is important - very clean and nice apartments.

Close to the worst hostel I have ever stayed in. Its like a sterile hotel without character and close to the same price. They had no kitchen, very little idea of where any thing was, lacked tourist information and the lounge roomwas so so bad. It was set up in a way that meeting any one was very difficult. The only good thing was the breakfast!

I was there during renovations so it was not as fun as It should be now but great location, clean room and bathroom, a step away from the Rhine river. Very safe as I was travelling on my own.
At breakfast the average time for boiling eggs should be 5-6 minutes. We explain this because the eggs had been boiled A LOT. Besides that our stay was excellent.

Tell them we came for a relaxing time in a double room. a double room has a big bed in it for two people not two bunk beds!!!!!!!!! Tell them to relax on the regime instincts and do some work them selves to make guests feel welcome and not like in some sort of assylum!
