- “ Ann and Dieter could not have been more friendly or helpful, they were really lovely and made our trip enjoyable. We had the bad luck of it raining almost the whole time we were there but they had some good suggestions for other activities we could do. The facilities were very clean and a great set up for the price. The location was very convenient to all the main attractions, restaurants, buses. The only improvement I would suggest is a few more hooks or shelves in the rooms to put clothes on. ”

- “ Great hostel, one of the best I've stayed at! I stayed twice here, both times in a private room, and both times the rooms were clean, airy and the bed comfy. Staff are very friendly and helpful and offer good advice on what to see & do in Townsville. The hostel has a friendly laid-back feel. Also, free wi-fi is a nice bonus. The kitchen, bathrooms and common areas are all very clean and well-kept. It's about a 10-min walk to the centre. Overall highly recommended! ”
