excellent, lovely staff, we felt at home, mosleh, the hostel manager brought us to the Petra site for free everyday ! We recommend it very much.

Staff were friendly and helpful.Free drop off to Petra but pick up times depended on when they had to pick up others, so sometimes we had to leave the site early. If you miss the pick up then it's a steep climb back up to the hotel!(which actually happened to us because we were 10 mins late and they did not wait for us) Rooms were ok but in need of refurbishment, didn't always have hot water and toilet space is limited.Would recommend if on budget and staying just a couple of nights in Petra.

I have stayed in hostels throughout Europe and Asia and Cleopetra Hostel was by far the most enjoyable experience. Excellent staff - outgoing and extremely helpful, Cleopetra Hostel goes the extra mile to aid you with anything you need.
We had an excellent time staying at the Cleopetra. The staff were welcoming even when we arrived at 2am in the morning! The rooms are adequate and the price includes breakfast and transport to and from petra which is very good value for money! the staff really went out of their way to make sure we had an enjoyable trip! We would definitely stay at the cleopetra again and would recommend all backpackers to stay there!

Staff very nice, they bring you to Petra site for free whenever you want and the manager Mosleh arranged for us a great trip to Wadi Rum and our return to Amman... big thanks

The carpet is very dirty. The staff is helpful. I would think about it to go there again!
Fantastic stay. Make sure to contact the hotel ahead of time to arrange transportation to and from the border.
hostel is shabby and run-down. Bathroom is tiny.
