wonderful hostel. the staff is friendly and accomodating. it's close to almost anything you would want to do in clifden, which is in itself a beautiful city. close to a great supermarket and many good shops and cafes around. if you're going to clifden on a budget, this is a great place.

Odd little place, but I really enjoyed it. A tad bit more security would have been reassuring, but the staff were really nice and someone was always cleaning. I'd definitely go back.
