The Clown and Bard is most definitely a party hostel.Stay here only if you don't actually intend to sleep (because you won't be able to), and if you don't mind cigarette smoke, drunk people, and disgusting mattresses scrawled with things like "Steve got laid here!"Also not very comfortable for those traveling alone.
