The hostel was very strange. there are no backpackers as such. mostly strange creapy men who have lived in the hostel for months on end. the girls in our party were very worried about some of the men. the staff tho were friendly however the dorms were very dirty and smelly and looked like they had not been cleaned in weeks. if you are looking for a fun party hostel do not go here. however if you are looking for somewhere to stay and work for a long period then this may be for you.

Ask ur room holders to set there room everyday that it will look better than now. Rest everything is fine.

our rom was double booked but the very helpful staff managed to sort everything out late at night so we had somewhere to sleep. very useful advice on local facilities and it seemed like a great place to stay

We were given a room that had previously been full of bed bugs. They claimed to have had the room cleaned several times but when we arrived there we were quite suprised to see several bed bugs crawling on the mattress. Unfortunately we only noticed them after we went to bed and reazlied that something was biting us. We left that night to stay in a hotel. We were told they don't give refunds. Don't stay here. They have no concept of customer service.

this hostel is the biggest dump we ever stayed in!! it was crawling with filth and was so unhygienic. The fridges were covered in months of spilled food and also contained open tins of cat food and had a rotten fish sitting in the freezer part. The kithchens and toilets were also filthy not to mentiojn the black fungus growuing from the carpets....unbelievable to think this place actually run a business! There were open bins which which were infested with flies left in the living area and just down a bit was 3 plates of cat food to feed the cats also opened and infested with flies in the living area. we were due to stay at this hostel which was advertised on your web site as being so beautifull, for a week. we checked out after the first night........it should be shut down and ye should take a litlle visit to the so well described hostel that you'v advertised and try staying there for more than one night. Thankfully all was not so bad in perth as we came along One World Backpasckers hostel which was a haven for travellers....you should take a leaf from there book!!!!!.....cheerio! x
i never saw something dirty like this. walk 2 bloc and you will find other hostel!!!
