Hello You! I really enjoyed the stay at Coast Star Mansion. All of you where very kind. also at the restaurant! The tv signal could be better and the mould in bathroom with clorine is to be removed. (but the environment will then be sad i know) All for now! Ciao

Nice guesthouse with friendly staff. The location is great, near to everything, and the most valuable guesthouse iv been to! free jacuzzi, pooltable, movies and internet in a guesthouse for under 1000B unbeliveable!

Where can I start, this place was not what we were expecting and our stay was not enjoyable in the least. Our room had been sold even though hostel worlds terms and conditions state you will be charged for the 1st night in the case of a no show we were then told that our reasons for being late were bull sh*t by the owner which was incredibly unproffessional and rude he then tried to tell us if we were in Australia we would have to pay $100US for a room like his and we should be greatfull, if we payed $100 for a room in oz we would get excellent service a clean room and maybe even a comfy bed. Would not recomend as there are cheaper guest houses in Patong anyway. Pool table is useless, jacuzzi only cold and water was dirty and the roof top bar is a bamboo bench.

And as the transportation in Thailand isn't always reliable, think carefully about what you write, otherwise you are out on the street looking for another place to stay!

A bit worn down (aircondition doesn´t work, bad pooltable, very dirty water in the roofpool, cleaning not so good etc etc), but the staff in the reception tries to help in any way they can. The free internet by the computers in the lobby is good service. The restaurant "Skål" connected to the hotel is ok, you get 20 percent discount if you stay at the hotel.

Smoking should not be allowed in rooms because of the contagious and bad smell. It is also hard to breathe.
