Please refund patron's money if the internet isn't working. I paid for 3 days unlimited and only was able to use 4 hours since the internet was down. Also, BLEACH YOUR SHEETS or buy new ones. I know some stains will never come out but it is disgusting when you unravela crisply folded sheet and discover brown stains all over it.

Thanks for choosing to stay with us but i must refute your claims of our internet not working and us having dirty linen. Our linen is hot washed and dried after every use and is checked by staff when folded. It is highly unlikely you received sheets as discribed. Also we rarely have down time with our internet so your claim of only 4 hours use in 3 days is also highly doubtful. Our staff would have been more than happy to replace your sheets and we have a 24 hour help phone for any internet related problems.
