The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! joseph, from USA ~ 30th Oct 2009

No ventilation whatsoever in hallways, toilets or shower-rooms, making it almost impossible to breathe in those areas. No curtain on large picture window in the room, making it extremely hot. No screen on balcony door, making it risky to leave the door open. No wastebaskets or clothes hangers in rooms. Women's toilet on 4th floor perpetually closed off. Staff were pleasant, however. Great location! In the heart of Kensington Gardens, cute shops and restaurants on the street, hippies and markets galore! Elizabeth, from USA ~ 4th Aug 2009

It's a GREAT place. free cable TV and free calls inside the city! Location's not bad. just near the chinatown, and not too much walking to the downtown. very spacious and clean rooms. nice shower rooms. the only thing is no wireless in the rooms. wireless are only available in the lobby. But also feels nice when everybody's surfing the internet in the lobby. Ying, from China ~ 3rd May 2009

It served it's purpose as a place to get rest after venturing a city. I was out and about most of the time due to my itinerary. Took advantage of a tour package to Niagara Falls, which was worth it for the price. I would bring my own bed linen and pillow. Antwon, from USA ~ 17th Dec 2008
