“ Nice, clean hostel. Everything worked well. Good kitchen and also sandwiches to buy. Staff very helpful. On weekends guests might be partying in the common area and it might be a bit loud if you're trying to sleep but a very nice experience all together. ”

“ I stayed for 2 nights and it was very nice. for students i think its an excellent place to stay. everything was very clean and the stuff was very kind too. only the distance is a probleme.dont take a taxi from tha train stasion to the hostel.i paid 22 euros!!for 1 ride! ”

“ I arrived at midnight and was worried that no-one would be there to greet me but I was very wrong - the guy at the desk was super friendly and gave me the whole tour. I really wish I could stayed longer (was just there one night) as it seemed like a great place - nice and clean, but importantly not stale. The breakfast in the morning was good and all the other expected facilities were available. ”

“ Cool & Bed is a very clean, safe hostel, with the friendliest staff (the two owners are great) and the newest facilities. The location isn't the best, but if you're not keen to walk theres a metro stop down the road, making Lyon city really accessible. Be sure to say yes to the complementary potato salad at the bar with every drink it's delicious. ”

“ Staffs are very kind. But we can't lock doors. That makes me wonder that somebody can enter my room anytime. It is located in old town but not far away from central. (Lyon is small town, you don't have to worry about locations.) ”

“ This Hostel is definetely recommandable. The rooms are clean and calm. As this Hostel just opened in April 2012, everything is still new. The staff is very kind and happy to help. Breakfast is a typical french one with bread, butter, jam, different cereal, coffee, hot chocolate. The hostel itself is located close to the river and to Vieux Lyon. So it's easy to get to know the spot. It is also just some minutes away from the metro station. Free Wifi and free computers available. ”
