It was like a cool college classmate gave me an extra key to the posh family flat in a beautiful high-ceiling, courtyarded old town building. Quite different from any hostel experience that I've had. Incredibly clean, beautifully renovated.Coming back to the hostel felt as much like coming home as anywhere I've been The host, Zoltan, gave me so much cool information that other travelers I met thanked me and bought me lunch just to hear the rest of the advice I had gained from him The o Matthew, from USA ~ 9th Sep 2009

Myself and two other friends stayed at Corvin Point, we found the host very welcoming and friendly upon our arrival, he provided us all with a detailed yet interesting overview of Budapest which made our stay there much more productive and enjoyable as we were able to visit areas that would be missed without local knowledge. The Hostel was well kept, clean and felt secure. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. When I return to Budapest I will certainly stay at this hostel again. I had a blast staying here. The owner is totally committed to this work, and will help you with anything - directions, recommendations, travel arrangements, etc. The hostel is small (I think just one 8 bed room and two 2 bed rooms), so it has a nice boutique feel. It has all the standards included - breakfast, wifi, locker, sheets - plus the location and atmosphere are a huge bonus. I've already recommended this place to a few friends. +++A This place was amazing! It is in the center of everything, wifi in the rooms, breakfast was included, it was quiet at night and lots and lots of great information about the city. If this is your first time in Budapest with a few friends or as a couple, this place made it possible for us to explore everything in a short period of time. We couldn't have asked for more!
