I think they are not changing the comforter regularly.I wasn't able to sleep because of bed bugs.

The Guest House itself was great, the staff was very friendly with us and helpful. You can store bags there for free until 6pm. The Mirador Mansion itself is a dilapitated, stinky building like its neighbor the Chungking. The elevator to the even floors was broken, so we had to go to odd and walk. Elevators were slow and small. Overall the rooms were comfortable and clean and location is convenient.
This is a great and affordable place to stay in hongkong. Security is good! place is just on top of mtr station. im sure il be back again here

I learned about Cosmic Guest House thru gohongkong.about.com, they rated it as one of the top 5 best guest houses in Hong Kong and I would agree on that. It's cheaper for budget traveller near MTR (Tsim Sha Tsui station). The room is clean though the aircon is a bit hot.

The room and bathroom are very small, but if your just looking for a place to put your bag and rest your head it is an excellent place to be. Very close to the harbor and easy to find.

They basically ran a bait and switch scam - telling me they had prepared a 'nice' room and charging me significantly more than the room I booked through HostelWorld. Arriving late at night, I had no real alternative. I wasn't even given a receipt. And I was definitely at Cosmic Guesthouse, just in case the owner says I was at a fake guesthouse. Otherwise the place is a standard-issue Hong Kong hostel - tiny rooms, located in a hideous building, but in a convenient area and clean enough.
