Stayed here for 2 nights, had to wait till 11+ to 12 noon to check in although check-in time was supposed to be at 10am, hence delaying our plans for the day. We booked for a 4 bed mixed dorm which was bumped up to a 2-sharing room cos there wasn't any available. Good for us but toilet was shared by 16 people so obviously not very clean. And a long waiting time for our turn to use the loo cos they didn't have a separate bathroom. Hot water gets used up pretty quickly so wake up early if you

Hi Sheena, I'm sorry that you waited for your room, we do have the option to leave your bags at reception and come back later in the day to check in to your room. There are other bathrooms around the building and I'm sorry that you weren't aware of these during your stay. Thank you for the feedback so we can continue to improve our services!
