The hostel is inside a private apartment complex. It is new built, thus very modern and very clean and the complex is being watched by a guard (although not necessary). It is only 25min from the airport. The staff is very nice, caring and helpful. They do not have a reception. However there is a telephone and free internet in the hostel so that you can always reach them. If I ever be in Singapore again I definitely go here again. Lars, from Germany ~ 8th Nov 2009
