The owner of the hostel is very friendly. The hostel is in a great location, and though the TRE does not run on Sundays, DART bus #408 runs to Dallas and to DFW Airport. Hostel is clean and accommodating with brochures, foosball, free Internet (wireless available), kitchen, backyard, and free local calls. A must sleep location if you are in the Dallas area! Had a excellent time. The Hostel is really homely and Ivan (Hostel manager) is expecially relaxed. It is quite a long way from Dallas but the train station is a 5 minute walk away with regular trains running to Dallas every half hour ($1.50 per ticket). I recommend Hooters for food in Dallas ($1.99 per beer) along with it\'s \'welcoing staff\' was a great time. :-) frederick, from England ~ 21st Aug 2009

Ivan, the manager, was friendly and helpful. This is a nice hostel in a decent neighborhood, and very convenient for exploring Dallas-Fort Worth, with public transit a short walk away. The only drawback is the lack of public transit on Sundays. Jan, from USA ~ 27th Aug 2009

It's unique in a traditional countryside in contrast to Dallas city, however located nearby the station. Room was clean. They served internet access and local phone calls for free. Mizuho, from Japan ~ 9th Sep 2009

The hostels was really nice and convenient though its not in dallas it is right by the bus a train to downtown dallas. Ivan was great! He was extremely helpful! My friends and I had a great time and when we return to dallas we are definitely going staying here again! Mark, from USA ~ 11th Jul 2009

This place is situated in Irving so you are reliant on transport to get to either Dallas or Fort Worth. There is little to do here. The Hostel is actually just a house and the owner is rarely there. When I arrived it was just by chance that one of the 3 guys currently staying there was home otherwise I would have been stranded (in the unbelievable heat). Though the owner was nice enough when he turned up (for my cash). I can't recommend this place - it's worth spending more and staying in a hote Arif, from England ~ 6th Jul 2009
