Feels more like a hotel than a hostel, but if you are not interested in socializing with people it´s ok. Good location. Kristina, from Sweden ~ 2nd Feb 2012

for me the biggest problem was lack of heating in corridors!!! in rooms was worm and nice. Another thing, you have to pay to use their computers!!! Kornelia, from Poland ~ 7th Dec 2011

The rooms were nice and spacious, the bathrooms clean and big, and somewhat close to the city center. However, my only complaint is that when i checked in for a 8-bed dorm and asked the receptionist which bed i'm supposed to occupy, she just said "whichever is available". Needless to say, when i got to the room, i couldn't tell which ones were occupied or not coz they were all equally unmade and messy. They could make this more organized like other hostels. Bathroom floor gets all wet and its a super hostel, so it lacks unique character. Besides that its fine and easy to fine in Copenhagen. Grant, from USA ~ 20th Aug 2011

We were very happy with the location and the friendly staff.A couple of times, we took the stairs up to our room but the 4th floor doors were locked so we had to go back downstairs. One time we tried to go downstairs using the stairs and we could not open the second door.Other than that, we were very happy and plan to go back! Thanks! Peter, from USA ~ 20th Aug 2011

the bar at front of house puts off anyone not 20-25 and single. It would be better in the basement-rowdy , loud, and occasionally yobbish-gives the wrong impression. dale, from Australia ~ 6th Aug 2011

The hidden fees where ridiculous. It would have been cheaper to stay in a hotel. The bathroom was dirty and our check in man, Mohamed was rude. laura, from USA ~ 16th Jul 2011

The only part that I was VERY unhappy about was the fact they they only gave you free wifi access on 1-hour slips. I work while I travel and I had to go back every hour to ask for more. After a few days it was really frustrating. Not everyone is just there for a holiday. Jennifer, from USA ~ 19th Jun 2011

Clean, efficient, large, excellent location, quiet, even a bit boring. Good value for money. Mikko, from Finland ~ 19th May 2011

First time I had to pay for linen. Most expensive hostel visit ever! I expect a hostel to be cosy, but this one is far from making you feel at home... Günnur, from Turkey ~ 13th May 2011
