  • The location is perfect but that is not enough. Rooms are not locked. Lockers in the corridor. One shower for all guests (around 20 person) and the shower stall itself is in poor conditions. The kitchen is so small that at a time can hardly squeeze two. I am not saying it was bad, nope. Just an average place. If you like average, choose it.

  • Great location --- on street between Duomo and statue of David (Academia) .... top notch staff!!! Overboard in trying to help ..... Let staff know when you plan to arrive (hour) so they will be there for sure to open first locked door (so they could go to lunch at a different time) ---- once there, you get the keys to give you 24 hour access. Upstairs, but you use the elevator. Very, very clean! An A+ hostel. Great value for $. -- Greg

  • I could not have asked for a more amazing place location-wise (and for the money!), and the staff was EXTREMELY friendly and accomodating. They took extra time to make me feel welcome in the Hostel, as well as the city itself, pointing out things I should see/do, etc. My fellow housemates were all of like mind, and it was wonderful hearing stories and perspectives from all around the world, given the limited time I actually spent there(so much to do in the city)! I'll DEFINITELY return one day!

  • Really great location. The staff was really helpful, giving you a map and valuable suggestions. The hostels itself is in a really nice building. It is pretty small compared to other hostels (I think 3 rooms with 6 people/room), so maybe not the place you want to be if you want to meet A LOT of people. Otherwise I would definitely recommand! Only negative point is that is has only 1 shower for about 12 people.

  • I loved staying at David Inn. The owner and the staff were so helpful and nice. The rooms were clean and tidy. There is a little kitchen, which is always a great asset. Most of all I enjoyed the location. If you step out of the hostel and look one way down the street you can see the Dome and on the other side you can see the Academy of fine arts. I just staid a couple of days and it was great not to have to commute to the sites. I definitely recommend this hostel!!!
