The pool was freezing and FULL of dead bugs. The hot tub was working one of the 5 nights we were there, but so dirty we wouldn't get it. When we pressed the channel buttons on the TV, the volume would go up. Diddo with the power button! The shower was terrible- it dribbles. I didn't feel clean all week. The pillows are rock hard- bring your own!
