The place was great for a quick over night stay. Basic but clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
What a fab place. Food excellent -Jason new manager really friendly helped me work our a travel trip round the country. He knows his stuff, advise anyone to sort out travel plans with him.The on site bar with a jacuzzi in it is a fantastic idea.all I can say about this place is FANTASTIC, be coming back in a few weeks so keep the beers chilled Barbara.

Expect drama. The good times balanced by the sense of neverending expense. It looked cheaper than it was. Still, had some very good times and its worth it for the people who stroll in and out.

Staff was not helpful and actually complained about how much they hated Jo'burg. Asking for a ride (which we had to pay for also) anywhere in town was apparently a burden to the staff. We had to ask several times to have a flight confirmation printed out.

Overall a nice hostel, with a friendly atmosphere, staff are very helpful. Area is not the best location. Freezing at this time of year and no heating in the very basic rooms.

I was only there for two nights but had a really nice stay and everybody was so friendly. Would thoroughly recommend to everyone and hope to come back and stay in the future! Miss you guys!
