Nice mix of clients: international, families (although during my visit some kids were boisterous in the hall until after 10:00 PM!) Did not join with others (busy sightseeing) during breakfast, but it looked like fun.

For the price, it was a great stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed and bathroom seemed clean, the carpets and walls were dirty, however. The back door into an alley was just secured at night (sometimes) with just a hook and an eye, but overall OK. Would likely stay there again.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The hotel was clean and the room nice enough, considering the price we paid. The only downside I could think of is that the location of the hotel is kind of far from the metro stations. It took us about approx. about 15 minutes to walk to the closet metro station. Other than that, everything was great!

The worn rugs looked like they needed to be vacuumed. I'd recommend guests bring flip flops.

The District was an excellent surprise in our trip to USA. The staff were really friendly, they even offered us breakfast when we first checked in, even though it was not included that day. Facilities are modern and clean. We definitely want to come back! Highly recommended.

Wonderful staff, very friendly and accomodating! Great location. Some wear and tear in the room but otherwise clean. Excellent value! Will definately stay again.

The staff here were excellent, they were more than willinging to help you out with anything. The elevator wasnt being repaired while we were there so they volounteered to help carry our bags upstairs.
