if you just want a bed, this is the place to stay. its cheap. semily clean. no lockers. i was promised a room with 10 beds and put in one with 17 beds. if you want to have a fun and engaging hostel experience then go elsewhere.

When we arrived (1am) the staff had booked us in for the wrong day! I had made it very clear the we would be arriving at 1am on the 9th Aug not the 8th!! They told us they were fully booked and we should try somewhere else. Very helpful - NOT!

Music school dorms serving as hostel over the summer. Entrance all the way in back. Co-ed showers and bathrooms worked out fine after the initial shock... Basic and clean, excellent location, 3 minutes walk to rail station, 10 minutes to Old Town. Great quick food, pastries and coffee on the way, on the corner of Madison mall!

There's no common-room, which cuts down a bit on the hostel atmosphere; breakfast is good, the location is convenient, the place is always full.

I enjoyed my stay at this hostel. However there was a severe lack of cooking equipment in the kitchen! Some more pans and some cutlery would be a good addition to the hostel. Everything else was fine.
