The location is very close to the metro (Marquis de Pombal) and to quality brand (expensive) shopping. The staff is helpful, and all staff members speak English well. The breakfast is an assortment of breads, cereal, and coffee/tea/tang. Many things are a walkable distance - including the Place de Liberdade (park) and the El Corte Inglais (shopping). We even found a safe, relaxing walk to some of the museums. Includes towels, sheets, and shampoo/conditioner. Strongly recommend. Adrian, from USA ~ 28th Mar 2009
