The people at the front desk were very nice and extreamly helpful. The location was very central with a metro nearby. The rooms were very spartan, however they were very clean and functional as long as you enjoy a firm bed. I would stay there again, although if I were to travel with 3 people again, I would probably just get a hotel for the same price.

I stayed only for one night: friendly staff, clean, breakfast included and in a walking distance to the city center. I was not scared to walk alone to pensione late in the Friday evening from the city center as it is located in a busy boulevard. Good bargain if you are not planning to stay in the room all day.

Because of a mistake of this hotel, i was in lisbon for a week without any money in my credit card (600 euros). The staff in reception the worst!

Very good hostel in the center of Lisbon. Rooms are small and our room had only a small window which we prefered to let closed because of the noise, but rooms were clean, nice and also bathroom and shower were nice. We had an air condition.

This is an absolutely excellent property! It is top quality, in the best street in town, central to everything and fantastic quality. Breakfast was included in the room rate which was a pleasant surprise. There was one particular reception person who had only been there for 9 months, he is portugese with a british accent, i hope you get to meet him, he is very charming and knowledgeable in all areas of tourisim, restaurants, sights and what to do. most of all he speaks perfect english, spanish, portugese and who knows what else! i reccomend this hostel which is more like a 5 star bed and breakfast to anyone looking for comfort at an affordable price.
