Very nice staff, but a little bit slow. It took about 15 min just to pay with the credit card.

These people were exceptionally helpful. They let me check in 5 hrs early because I had been driving all night. One young man carried my suitcase upstairs for me and they let me have breakfast the day I checked in.

Showers are cleaned several times a day but still are a bit dirty... But everything else is positive (including rooms cleanliness). Bus 7 is leading you right to the city center and the station is 4 steps away from the hostel and it's really cool.

Very quite, warm and clean. Close to the station, Pizza Hut, Mc Donalds. Staff speak german. Simple but good breakfast.
