Beautiful place. The doubles in the garden are lovely and have great views of the volcano. Watch out for the kittens and puppies!

So stoked on Donde German. The best hostel in Pucon no doubt. The lawn out back will be sure to stoke your day. It is always clean, and the staff is amicable. German is a solid guy. A bit of a hike to the center..but it doesnt matter. Climb´the volcan with Donde.

Take your chanaces somewhere else! More than the location has changed at donde German. Maria Elena was nice, but everyone else was so rude to us! They wouldn't give us keys, they had a dog that barked all morning, and generally acted like we were imposing on them. Also note that the address given in most guidebooks is WRONG - they are no longer in the city center, but out in the boonies by the bus station. While the facilities themselves are very nice, it's not a good value for the location a

The best hostel I´ve been to in South America, Amazig place! atmosphere feels like a home away from home..very warm, clean and cosy and great to meet a whole diversity of people, the hostel has lots of characther, nice place, wonderful garden with view to the volcano..They also ran the "safe" and personalized tour up the volcano which was fantastic with great equipment and guides
