- “ The service of the hostel was highly disappointing. During half of our staying there we didn't have the Internet access. The person sitting at the reception desk refused to help us and remained rude which was highly unprofessional. For this price. There should be someone always available at the reception desk to assist the guests. I would recommend the owners to complete a basic training in Customer Service. What´s worth mentoning is a hight standard of a hostel and good licalization. ”
