i had such an awesome stay at this hostel!!! the staff were friendly and i meet some awesome people here. even though its in zone 2 its a wee bit out of the way with the tubes not working until 2010 but replacement bus service was running so that was fine. would definately reccommend this hostel!!!

On the third floor no problem with music from the pub downstairs. FREE HI-FI FOR LAPTOPS !!! I will come back for sure. See You !!!

This is an okay place to stay if you don't mind loud rock bands on stage every night until 2am and the walls vibrating. The free breakfast in the morning was hit or miss depending on what they had. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was quite close to two overland trains which get you to London Bridge in about five minutes.

The staff is very hepful. Overall, for the quaity to price ratio, the hote is good. Washrooms are cean. Rooms coud be more cean though. The area is very noisy due to traffic and all, so if u can't sleep in noise, its not the pace for u. I recommend it surey for a the students vsiting London and looking for cheap residence within zone 2,

Well, it does take quite some time to get into City from New Cross, 40 minutes or more by bus with the traffic and everything, which is a bit annoying, but you get used to it. The breakfast is not the best, and the beds dod creak quite a lot, however, you learn to live with it thinking about how much you paid - or how little. All in all, one has a roof over one's head, and it is okay because is very cheap, and I would recommend it to students, like myself, who does not demand top quality.

There was a sign in our room saying that it was cleaned 3times a day. I dont think you should tell people that if your not doing it. In our first night there, a man locked himself in to our room. He Was looking for his beer that he had left in the room. The next day he was trying to get into our room again. You shouldnt give the key out to anybody unless there staying in the room or the staff is going with them. But we had a very good time and would love to come back again sometime.

Most of the people here are staying long term while working in London, so you might have trouble finding people that want to go and see the sights. The people in the hostel were however friendly and easy to get along with; transport is also good,being right next to a train station. Has free wifi internet and breakfast and is v. cheap :)

the hostel staff were friendly and nice, they had no record of our stay but found us a room, which was great. Close to the metro station to get into London. Overall a good experience just keep in mind bathroom shower is tiny!! I would recommend to someone on a budget!

In case of fire this place seems catastofic. Bands playing dwnstairs most of the nights doesn't go well together with Inn idelogy. Warm water out 1/6 mornings. Still you get your moneys worth preatty much
