The location was great, but so would have been anywhere in this fairly small city. The room was OK, bunks, nothing special, some of the 'lockers' had no backs to them, but all in all a clean and comfortable stay. The staff members were superb, giving great advice about local happenings and directions. An easy walk from the train station, too. Definitely worth a visit.

This is a decent hostel, lots of flies in my room when I arrived though. Cleanliness average. Met some cool people, but got a frosty reception when I tried to eat my packed lunch inside - the (nice) bar and restaurant that is part of the hostel seems to take priority over the occupants of the hostel. Fine, but could be better.

A very very homely feel the moment you walk in. It does not feel like a big backpacking hostel at all, with a very lovely hall area where people can meet and chit chat. Thank you guys for a lovely time. You made me feel so welcome!
internet crashed a bit but otherwise i great hostel... it is only 2 stops from the train station. not 5 :)
