The hostel was exceptionally clean. We were given a key to the house so we could come and go as we pleased. There was free internet which was fast. The hostel was warm and cosy with great showers. Caroline, from England ~ 29th Oct 2009

Shortly after my Arrival in Punta Arenas I became sick. Thanks God, that I booked this hostel. The owners were very helpful and always caring about me... a home far away from home!!! They helped me with everything and even cooked for me when I was ill!!! The owner has an outdoor store and as a guest you get a 12% discount on everything you buy... very friendly, central and calm place with only 4 rooms. in the cosy 2bed-room and the small living room with internet, electric kettle +free tea/instant coffee, a fridge and place and plates to prepare some cold lunch you can feel a bit like at home. the host Sonia is very cheerful and helpful, only breakfast is a bit poor.
