The staff were very good - I was picked up at the bus station, and Josef took time to explain sights etc. Nice family. Good location, free internet with PCs and WiFi, kitchen, common area, and a nice vibe. The bathrooms were clean the only part that seemed strange to me is that there were no locks! The kitchen wasnt clean when I wanted to use it one morning, but it was clean later the evening, which leads me to assume that some guest(s) hadnt bothered to clean up after themselves. The owners are really nice, and you can have unlimited french toast and eggs for breakfast for only 20 kunas and it was one of the cleanest hostels I've stayed in :) Montserrat, from Mexico ~ 2nd Oct 2011

Dubrovnik Backpackers Club is not the destination for everyone. If you look for some leisure time in standing hotel just pass your way. But if you want an amazing family just dedicated to make known their beautiful city, so happy to share, and so delightful, so this is the place. I've been in a serious amount of Hostel, but the people living here are among the best and most dedicated peoples I've ever met. It's very well located hostel with very friendly and warm family management. It's like you are staying at your friend's home, however the hostel may be very noisy sometimes because the rooms are very close to the common areas, but in anyway it worths to stay here. KAAN, from Turkey ~ 19th Aug 2011
