“ This hostel has a great atmosphere! It serves good food, and drinks. The common area and the bar is really big (so it was a bit hard to meet new people). Our room was really hot, but that was because we did not notice that we could turn down the heater! Rooms are okay, but the shower was living its own life. It turned from hot to really cold, though some people did not have a problem with it. The woman working there, and Derrick at the bar were really nice people. They help you with everything! ”

“ Really friendly staff, rooms are nice complete with lockers & lock for no extra charge. Good location, you will be more than able to stumble home. Free breakfast which is nothing too great but helps save some money. Free wifi was a bit spotty, but hey, you're not in amsterdam for the wifi. ”

“ This hostel is amazing. It's in the perfect location for walking everywhere you want to go in the city. The staff is super friendly and they want you to have the best time during your visit. Guests get reduced prices at the bar below the hostel, and there's tons to do right around the hostel. You seriously can't get a better deal anywhere else! ”

“ The hostel was average, but better than we expected. The cleanliness of the sanitation was very good and the stuff was very helpful and friendly. Our radiator broke through our week in Amsterdam and the staff tried to repair it very fast and they even offered us another room, if we thought it too cold in our dorm. Only downer was that the hostel has no common room, only the pub, where it's very loud. ”

“ Clean room with uncomfortable beds. The bathroom could have been cleaner (at least mine, had a lot of mould). Apart from that, breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful. Great atmosphere and lockers for free. Location can't be better: very central. ”

“ Great location, right in the heart of the city, nice people, nice discount at the Pub, nice Pub Crawl departuring from the pub! The beds, bathrooms and lockers worked just fine and were clean (I stayed in two different rooms). Amsterdam is simply the most amazing place I've ever seen! So quiet and calm, but at the same time completly alive! I recommend the bike rental to get to know arround. ”

“ Fantastic location, near the train station, just on the outside of the RLD. The common area is the bar, which hostel guests get a discount. Is a very nice, lively bar. Downside is you don't get to meet other guests since the bar is open to the public. Jim or Alex are always available to help and were very nice/accommodating. I'll be going back again shortly and were highly recommend this hostel. I had a great time and suspect I will the second time as well. ”

“ The accommodation was very comfortable, staff very helpful, very characteristic for the hostel amsterdam architecture and its narrow and very strategic location makes it an excellent starting point for a holiday in Venice of the north.
