the staff and the house were fantastic, unfortunately they had no laundry facilities
We dont offer laundry services,thats why we dont advertise this facility on hostelworld. We are sorry if this was a surprise to you. Its good to carefully read the hostel description before booking.

Hostel is in a grotty location, although it felt safe enough during the day. Hostel to town centre is walkable. Was kept awake at night by the heat (the hostel does not have air-con) and by the noise of the kids playing outside on the pavement until the small hours. Inside the hostel is lovely…very clean, very modern, and very relaxed. The bedrooms have personal lockers and each bed has a reading lamp. The two bathrooms are lovely, but have a combined toilet and shower, meaning long waits in t Nancy, from England ~ 10th Aug 2009

The problem was that we arrive at 6 am before all the nigth in a train a they didnt let us check in until 2 pm, so we were walking arround Bucharest, without sleeping and having a shower for 8 hours. This broke up all our trip plan because we lost the afternoon sleeping. They knew we where arriving at this time and they didnt advice us of this, we could hace booked the nigth before if we had known. (the check out is at 11 am, 3 hours to prepare a bed????????). Poor breakfast.
You are advised about the check-in and check-out times on the booking website. Funny you should imagine that all we have to do between check-out and check-in is prepare a bed for you two... it is high season and we are fully booked. It is good to actually read before you book, but probably your poor command of English prevents you from understanding the complete information that we provide.

Perfect location for staying in the vicinity of the North railwaystation. From where you can easily reach the airport with Henri Coanda Express (6lei) or go further by train to explore the country. Pieter from Holland pieter, from Netherlands ~ 12th Aug 2009
