Very clean hostel, helpful staff (I missed my plane and checked in over 12 hours late, no problems). It is in the Red Light District but I walked through 2 or 3 times and never felt threatened.

No one told me that this hostel was in the middle of crack-ville. There is a pornographic shop on one side, and a strip club on the other. We could see junkies on the street and the police drove by with flashing lights at least 3 times during the night.

- dirty bathrooms, in the middle of the red light district, no common room, no breakfast provided (as it was promised on the internet), only one or two keys for up to four people - rooms pretty clean, towel hire was nice too; close distance to the heart of the town

They screwed up our reservation but were very accomodating. The location sucks, it's right in the middle of a Red Light Disctrict. We saw someone shooting up across the street. I also got locked into the bathroom. I would not stay here again.

Close to station and sex shops. They have an annoying one key per room policy, so I had to wake up my room mate in the middle of night so I could be let in!

I didn't know it was in the red light district, but it actually made for a fantastic surprise and it was an excellent place to stay.

I stayed in this hostel for 3 nights and never received a key. My room had three beds and there was only one person with a key. Thus, I had to ask the guy who works at the reception to let me in when I came back at night, or when I finished a shower, etc. The people at reception speak neither English nor German well enough to answer your questions/concerns. And the shower drains were blocked so I could shower in cold water in someone else's sludge. And then ask the guy to let me in the room. The rooms, however are nice, because they are pretty new. But I'm not coming back to this hostel.Even if the prostitutes promise not to bother me next time.

The bedrooms are very clean, the staff very proffessional, but the location is not very good. The place is near the central station, in the middle of the Frankfurt's red light district.
