- “ Well, I may start with the comments, I have red over their website -especially, about the staff. I would say my experience with the staff members Balam and Alber was exactly the opposite. I reached the hostel at 10 am whereas the check-in time starts at 1 pm. I was still accommodated. My room was at 2nd floor, which was relatively colder, Balam provided me with an extra electric heater and fixed it in the room personally. in such a price, its a nice place to stay and recomended. ”

- “ We arrived only to find the room we booked had been given to others. The staff tried to put us in a 6 bed room that already had 4 people in it (there were 3 of us). The room was so crowded luggage wouldn't even fit through the door. No other rooms were available. The best thing about the hostel was that that they gave me our money back (minus the deposit) and let us leave. Didn't feel like fighting over the deposit but should have ”

- “ Stayed for two nights. The three of us booked a 10-person suite, but upon getting there, we found out we had the whole suite to ourselves. It is a pretty simple place, perfect for younger people just looking for a bed for a few nights. The management is very nice. Each morning, breakfast was laid out on the table, and they even gave me dinner one night when I was just hanging out in the common room area. Located close to waverly station, right in downtown Edinburgh. Would definitely stay again! ”
