The staff was less than ingratiating (with one exception, because he forgave my late check-out and gave us sufganiyot) and poorly communicated with one another regarding room payment and reservation details. There is no wireless, and very limited/expensive internet access on one monitor.Breakfast is only an hour and a half window, early in the morning, and the hostel's clinical environment in conjuction with the surly staff does not inspire any sense of community or backpacker togetherness. best hostel breakfast I've ever had.bed was comfortable, clean sheets and towels, even minifridge, coffee/tea, and TV in our room.no type of "bar crawl" or anything like this, really just a good place to stay if you plan to do a lot of activities during the day and relax at night Dalia, from USA ~ 18th Aug 2011

The best hostel that I've ever had the pleasure of staying in.We're currently at the Ein Gedi Country Resort (a fancy resort on the Dead Sea) and are paying $180/night.I'd say that I enjoyed my stay at the Eilat Youth Hostel more, and that it had superior accomodations (we stayed in a private double room).Gorgeous and clean hostel, with an excellent breakfast and a view of the water.Great location, right next to the boardwalk. We highly recommend this hostel!! ASTOUNDINGLY good.I cannot say enough good things, especially after my stay at the hayarkonon 48 (which was horrid).Your hostel acts as hotel in a prime location, but for $25/night.I have already told all my friends and will tell more. Your staff esp was above and beyond in service and attitude. James, from USA ~ 2nd Jul 2011

Great for a Youth Hostel...close to an inexpensive hotel! Supurb location...a few minute walk from the mall, beach, bars and boardwalk, and right next to the bus stop. Delicious breakfast, and very clean! Staff was all helpful, and we met really diverse and interesting people staying there as well! Yael, from USA ~ 16th Jun 2011

We found the handycap access from the street to the elevator to be quite difficult as there were several flights of stairs.l Douglas, from USA ~ 19th Apr 2011

Outside the room we stayed in is a area for people to hang out at tables with chairs. There was a ridiculous amount of noise of people laughing, screaming, and talking from this area until 2:00am on a Monday night. I couldn't sleep, even with ear-plugs in. There should be an enforcement of "no noise after ____pm" as it made our stay non-relaxing and we were not refreshed in the morning. Deanna, from Canada ~ 6th Apr 2011
