The staff is very friendly. The hostel is located in a very good area in Buenos Aires. The only bad thing is that the rooms located next to street got all the noise from the cars, buses and it is hard to trying to get some sleep in the morning.

The staff here was really nice, and the location was good (a little dead on the weekends).
That said, in a lot of ways, this was one of the worst hostels I've ever stayed in. My room had no window (true, fairly common in BA), and was therefore really hot and dark. There were constant problems with electricity and water. My first day, there was only scalding hot water in the shower, and the next day I woke up to no electricity in my room, and in the middle of soaping up, the water in the shower (just cold water that day) just stopped. It came back 10 minutes later, but being covered in soap and panicking was... unpleasant.
All that said, the bar/lobby area is really nice, lots of friendly fellow travelers that I had fun with, and if not for the significant problems, I would have really enjoyed this hostel.

This hostel has a great location, and you get a lot for your money- bar, internet, etc. The great location comes with street noise, which is only a problem if you're a light sleeper. The only complaint I had was in the double room we had, one of the beds was the worst mattress I've ever slept on-- you couldn't even sleep on your side because you could feel every slat on the bed. The other bed was fine, so I guess they have waited too long to replace it. We had to trade who slept on it because whoever did couldn't sleep very well. Other than that, it was a good hostel.

Our room smelled very bad from the moment we arrived and didn´t have an ventalation. The shared bathroom didn´t have any locks on the toilet stalls, so you didn´t have any privacy. Elevator didn´t work so we had to carry our heavy bags up many flights of stairs. The staff was very friendly and helpful but because of the other things listed I would never return or recommend your hostel to anyone.

Great rooms and great service and help from staff. Stairs a bit arduous as lift not operating but staff always offered to carry luggage up to rooms. Great shared spaces.
