The small terasse is really nice to relax for a while. the staff is really nice and always ready to help you for something or give you some tips about the city. I did apreciate staying there and would recomand the hotel to other people. elise, from France ~ 23rd Mar 2012

The worst experience I ever had, especially with the staff, there was a guy, I hope he is not the owner I am not sure why he is working there the worst customer service ever! I understand all the advantages and disadvantages of hostels but the experience I got at this hostel was horrible very duty place the worst staff ever! and security doesn't exist I not only lost over $100 US dollars but my bag was moving arround the hostel with out my permission or acceptance, their execuse NONE. Great place to stay! Maybe I am just getting old at 32, but the first night when a great band started playing (and, yes, they were good!). Wasn't prepared for that! The rest of the nights were prefect! Great staff, better than I expected. Laura, from USA ~ 26th May 2011
