This was definitly not a hostel I would recommend. At the check-in the staff was arrogant and almost offended that we wanted to check in before 1pm. The common facilities were dirty. You have to pay a deposit to get cuttlery and after two days the keycard reader to our room wasn't working anymore. Stefan, from Australia ~ 22nd May 2012

The sinks and the toilets were blocked, I didn't get the room I booked & in the room the trash was piled up the wall! I slept in a bed with dirty sheets, we had bedbugs which were biting and I was glad & relieved when I changed the Hostel after two yucky nights! Mona, from Germany ~ 8th May 2012

One girl from the reception called danielle told me the first time on the phone is booked out but when i arrived there i got beds for the next 2 days. when i was talking to the staff she always disturbed with her silly jokes. backpackers vomitted on the toilets so there were no clean toilets for quite a while even though the cleaner kicked us out of the bathroom ages ago. no plate, etc in the kitchen. the doors didn´t lock properly and key card did never work.
